At PC Connection, Inc., we do more than value diversity. We put it to work for our employees, our customers and our business!
A wide range of backgrounds
Our success is driven by creative thinking and new ideas. Often, they come from listening to our employees, customers, and strategic partners.
With that in mind, we've found that a diverse group of employees is fertile ground for good ideas. So we're actively striving to build a staff that reflects a wide range of experience and backgrounds.
Our emphasis on diversity isn't just a fad. It was woven into the fabric of the company from the very beginning, when founders Patricia Gallup and David Hall started the business in 1982.
Gallup, an anthropologist by training, had studied how tools improve the quality of human life. When the first PC was introduced in the early 1980s, she believed this new tool held great potential to help a world of customers - if it could be made more accessible, understandable, and useful.
That idea has always remained at the core of PC Connection, Inc.'s success. Today, Gallup serves as chairman of the company she helped found, and in 2001 PC Connection, Inc. was ranked 13th in the nation's top woman-owned businesses.
What you contribute counts
Just as we bring technology to a diverse range of customers, we welcome all applicants for all positions. When you work at PC Connection, Inc., it's what you contribute that counts. We take pride in giving all our employees equal opportunity for advancement, and we strive to provide an environment that's satisfying and rewarding to all.
To that end, we've made a commitment to equal employment opportunity through a positive and continuing Affirmative Action program. No employee or applicant for employment will be discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or otherwise qualified disabled or veteran status.
