Minimum Program Requirements

TLP features a point system with a 1 point minimum
Products priced at $300 are usually 300 points.
You can mix and match products to reach point levels

CLP requires a minimum 40,000 point initial order with ability to move to next Tier based on total point accumulation within the 2 year contract term.

FLP is a server based program. Please contact your Adobe Account Manager.

Level R = 1 to 1,499 points
Level S = 1,500 to 24,999 points
Level T = 25,000+ points

Academic:
Level R = 1 to 999points
Level S = 1,000 to 4,999 points
Level T = 5,000+ points

Government:
Level R = Minimum 1

Non-Profit:
Level R = Minimum 1

Corporate:
Tier 1 = 40,000 points
Tier 2 = 100,000 points
Tier 3 = 225,000 points
Tier 4 = 350,000 points

Government:
Tier 1 = 40,000 points
Tier 2 = 250,000 points

Academic:
Tier 1 = 6,000 points
Tier 2 = 20,000 points
Tier 3 = 50,000 points

Reorder Policy

TLP is transactional; each order is a separate transaction priced on its own Merits.

CLP allows reorders within 2 years, with ability to move to next Tier based on total point accumulation within the 2 year contract term.

FLP orders are transactional and based on the current price of the server product(s).

Upgrade Protection and Premium Tech Support Options

Order Upgrade Plan (maintenance) with the license order and the points will count toward the discount level.

Academic, Corporate, and Government Maintenance provides 1 or 2 years of upgrade Protection.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Support if available for desktop, tools, as well as server products.
