Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two ways to qualify for the PC Connection HIMSS11 HP ProBook Giveaway:
   1) You must attend a live presentation event at HIMSS11 and complete the event’s post-survey form or
   2) Complete PC Connection’s Passport program at HIMSS and return to the PC Connection booth. Two drawings will be held on February 23rd no later than 5:15pm ET.
2. TWO WAYS TO ENTER: 1- Attend one of PC Connection’s live presentations at HIMSS11 and complete and turn-in that event’s post-event survey at the PC Connection booth at HIMSS, #2910, to qualify. Completed post-event surveys be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011. The full schedule of PC Connection’s live presentations at HIMSS11 can be accessed at this link: www.pcconnection.com/SeeUsatHIMSS. Limit one entry per live session attended
   2- Pick up the official PC Connection Passport at booth 2901 at HIMSS, bring the passport to each participating booth listed, collect signatures/stamps/validations from each vendor and return the completed Passport the PC Connection booth, #2910 by 5pm ET on February 23rd, 2011. Limit one entry per passport submitted. PC Connection will not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entries. Incomplete, non-conforming or illegible entries will be disqualified. Use of automated devices is prohibited. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 to qualify for the drawing. All entries become the property of PC Connection.
3. PRIZES. There will be two drawings held during the live show at HIMSS11. The prize awarded for each drawing will be an HP ProBook 645b
   (1) HP ProBook 645b will be awarded to a presentation qualifier and (1) HP ProBook 645b awarded to a passport qualifier.
   NOTE: No other coupons or rebates apply.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. The winner(s) will be selected by random drawing during the PC Connection final day of demonstrations at HIMSS11 on Wednesday, February 23rd no later than 5:00 pm ET.
   There will be two drawings held during the live show at HIMSS11.
   (1) HP ProBook 645b will be awarded to a presentation qualifier and (1) awarded to a passport qualifier.
   Total Amount in Prizes given away is $719.00
   NOTE: No other coupons or rebates apply.
   Each qualified entry is eligible to win only once. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes are not transferable by winners, and no request by winners for substitution of product, or cash in lieu of the stated prizes, can be made. By submitting the entry you are acknowledging your eligibility under the contest rules. The winner's name will be announced during the show and they will be notified by E-mail. Winner must claim their Prize by replying to the notification E-mail by Thursday, March 3rd 2011; or the Prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the entry form at the time of entry. Any Prize or Prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow PC Connection to use his/her name, city, state, image or voice in a promotional capacity without further consideration or compensation.
5. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
6. RESTRICTIONS. Offer valid in the United States only, except NOT in Florida, New York, Rhode Island or United States territories. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees/Agents (and their respective family members) of any of the following organizations are ineligible to participate or win a prize: PC Connection Sales Corp. and its parent and affiliate corporations, HIMSS (trade show producer), HP (prize manufacturer), all show Sponsors, and each of their respective subsidiaries, parent organizations, affiliates, governors, officers, directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, or service agencies [or independent contractors]. Offer void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
