Contract Maintenance Services
These services require a minimum one (1) year contract. Help ensure your IT assets are repaired on a timely basis so you can continue to be productive in your environment. Contract Maintenance Services include warranty and non-warranty repairs and parts management. IMAC incidents are executed as required and can include desk-side support and asset management.
We will execute warranty and non-warranty repair programs in a centralized location at your facility or ours. Depot Services include parts management, refurbishment, and redeployment of designated systems. A Hot Swap program can provide immediate replacement with pre-configured systems.
