Rated 4 out of 5Â by anonymousi6758758 meets my needs, nit withiout some concerns though The Ergotron Neo-Flex Extend LCD Arm was easy ans straightforward to install. It's for the most part quite sturdy. I selected this LCD support because it had a long enough reach and the weight of the LCD display was not bourne by a spring that would eventually fatigue and fail like the last LCD support arm I used. Alas, this support arm brought with it a few minor disappointments. I've not been able to figure out how to lock into place the pivot which allows the LCD to hang in either landscape or portrait orientation. Fortunately the LCD I'm using is balanced well enough that this isn;t too much of a problem. There is a spring in the joint that controls the tilt of the display. I'm concerned that this pring might eventually fatigue and not support the display. September 7, 2011
