Rated 5 out of 5Â by MrEngineer Noise Free UPS
I bought this UPS to replace a competitor's stepped-approximation UPS. I am using it to protect my home theater equipment. Now when the UPS kicks in my TV no longer makes a terrible shrieking noise. Pure sine wave for the win! This unit has performed flawlessly through several power flickers. This unit is very quiet when operating; the only noise is the internal fan revs moderately. I bought a separate power strip to switch on peripherals with the TV (master switched power strip). The competitors unit had this feature built in.

I love the feature to shut off the alarm. I live and work at home off-grid in bush Alaska and use this (and 2 other CyberPower UPSs) to filter the power coming from my generator and non-pure sine inverter. This is the only UPS I own that accepts the power coming from the inverter without complaint. I routinely work with the UPS powering my satellite internet modem and wireless router when the generator is not running and greatly appreciate the ability to turn off the alarm until the battery is low.

EaglesFan Very Nice UPS
I bought this UPS to upgrade an old one from another manufacturer that died on me. This UPS has more than enough outlets, and enough backup time to keep a disaster from happening to one of my programs or data. Backing up two monitors, my gaming system, Router, NAS and two additional external HD's. On the surge outlets I have speakers, scanner, printer and usb hub that don't need to be backed up. The unit is pretty slick looking as you can see from the photo I uploaded. It fits nicely under my desk. My desktop has a Power Factor Correction required power supply, and this UPS supports that too. The pure sinewave output should also be better for my gear in the event of an outage vs the standby kind.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Korilla Just What I needed
I needed backup protection for my desktop pc/media center. I have it in a closet with my home theater equipment and have a wireless setup so it looks really clean. The 10 outlets were all needed, so in addition to the PC I have my stereo receiver, blue ray player, set top boxes (2), Xbox, Wii and PS/3. I have a NAS as well. My Desktop required Power Factor Correction for the power supply and this UPS was the least expensive I could find that offered adaptive sinewave. So far it works great, beeps when the power goes off and even tells me how long until it runs out of battery!
