The DCP-7060D Compact Laser Multi-Function Copier is an affordable office device that is great for making quick copies or printing text-based documents. It features automatic duplex printing for producing professional-looking two-sided output with ease. Its document glass provides convenient, walk-up copying and color scanning. Plus, its advanced capabilities allow you to scan documents to a file, image, E-mail or OCR.

The DCP-7060D helps improve your productivity with print and copy speeds of up to 24ppm and produce professional-looking output at up to 2400 x 600 dpi. You can print professional-looking two-sided documents and booklets using the automatic duplex printing feature. Also, create two-sided output from one-sided originals when copying. This helps reduce paper use and save money. Plus, it features an adjustable, 250-sheet capacity paper tray for letter or legal size paper, and a single-sheet manual feed slot for envelopes and thicker media. The manual feed slot and rear paper exit provide a straight-through paper path to ensure that all of your printed materials always look their best.

No PC is required to make copies. You can reduce/enlarge documents from 25-400 percent in 1 percent increments and help save paper with N-in-1 copying. The time-saving ID copy feature allowd for copying of both sides of your identification card onto one page, keeping the original card size. Its versatile, high-quality color scanning offers up to a 19200 x 19200 dpi (interpolated) resolution and a variety of "scan-to" features.

I is very quiet, very fast and so far very stingy with the toner. I like the top being covered (so I can stack things on top) and the paper is in a horizontal tray (instead of standing open in a rack behind the machine). February 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Edward2974 DCP-7060D I purchased this machine for scanning and to have a printer with Duplex capability. I have a desktop with Ubuntu and a laptop with Windows 7. I am very happy with cost and performance of the DCP-7060D. The installation on the machine using Windows 7 was easy and quick. Since Brother does not support Linux, installation on the desktop with Ubuntu was a bit more difficult. I would recommend the DCP-7060D to anyone looking for an economical monochrome laser multi function machine. February 8, 2013

I have scanned documents onto my pc and attached to emails. This printer is a very good printer at a good price and continues to work well and do the job I wanted it to do.
