Rated 4 out of 5Â by DaRkKn1G7t An excellent product for your data Very sleek design, easily fits into your pocket, and great companion for your data backup, faster rate but the reliability is some what not good..but i performs far better than other similar products in the market...i would highly recommend buying one!!! And always backup your data on a separate drive which you keep safe!!! :) June 1, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Igotfked This product is defective As soon as i got the product i plugged it in and began to transfer 50+ GB in files. After 10 minutes the device disconnected automatically, then i tried again with other files, and i had the same result, but faster after 5 minutes it disconnected. I had other cables at home and i tried them all, but it kept disconnecting every time in a shorter period of time. Then finally i decided to try formatting it, however the problem persisted, i formatted again into another file system, this time it told me that it was unable to format after a while and then it didn't let me format anymore it seems that read only feature is now somehow turned on. Well, i lost my information and now can even open the file from my computer. June 1, 2013

I have one of the older My Passport portable drives in the 120GB capacity in addition to a newly purchased 1TB My Passport portable drives. I use my newest Passport drive to store system images of my laptop, and the USB 3.0 connection is super fast in completing that task. The quality of the construction between the two drives is a little different, with the older My Passport drive feeling more "solid" in terms of quality. I wish the new My Passport drive had that same solid feeling to it. But since I only use it to store backups in a safe location, I am not too concerned about it. May 31, 2013
