The DSmobile 700D is an easy-to-use, duplex scanner that efficiently scans two-sided monochrome or color documents in a single pass. Lightweight and compact, it's a great solution for mobile professionals, businesses, home offices or for desks with limited space. Powered through the USB cable, it doesn't need batteries or adapters.

This high-precision unit scans business cards, photos, and documents (including legal-sized) at up to 600 dpi. Even scan thicker laminated materials such as insurance cards, driver licenses, and ID cards. Invoices, insurance forms, contracts or receipts can be easily scanned to your computer as Adobe Acrobat PDF, JPG or TIFF files for saving or e-mailing.

I feel that it will save me time and effort, and also with the feature scan both side of the document. All I can say now is the scanning is outstanding! Wish I had purchased it sooner. Rated 1 out of 5Â by Ronald Wish I would've bought a TV instead! This "scanner", and I use the term loosely, is not very user friendly! If you try to scan a document without using the plastic cover sheets it scans on an angle and if you use the sheets you lose part of the page at either one end or the other when trying to scan "legal sized" documents! Scanning both sides of a document to a file on your computer is messed up too! It needs to scan and "print" both sides of the document, but it only allows you print both sides onto "separate" pieces of paper, not the same page. November 25, 2012
