Rated 2 out of 5Â by BoSoxFan Document sensor sticks We've had this model printer since August. We are on our second one that is now having the same issues as our first did. There is a paper sensor in the document feeder that is controlled by gravity. It tends to stick after a couple of months of use, causing the printer to think there is paper in the feeder when there is not. It causes all sorts of problems, requiring shutting down the unit to clear the errors. January 21, 2013
