This version of the HP StorageWorks P2000 G3 FC Dual Controller Modular Smart Array comes with twenty-four 1TB SAS 6Gb/s 10K SFF Hard Drives for a total 24TB of capacity. The Fibre Channel controller is a high-performance, 8 Gb dual port model.
The HP StorageWorks P2000 G3 Modular Smart Array System is a 2U SAN offering SAS 6Gb/s back-end transmission speed to drives and JBODs. Significant data protection advances are delivered by the P2000 and it comes standard with sixty-four snapshot capability at no extra cost. There is an option of five hundred and twelve snapshots ins all. Volume Copy (clone) also comes standard.
