Rated 4 out of 5Â by Nickname If you want to manage this product via the network be sure you get the unit with a network management card. The card will eliminate the phone/network surge protection ports. We use these units to backup our switches and has been working well for over a year. No complaints so far. November 14, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5Â by whatever Great UPS but......... Great Smart UPS. Well made and easy to replace the battery. Only negative comment is theat because most new computers do not have a RS-232 (serial) connector, the features offered by the software are obsolete and useless. February 17, 2011
