Rated 3 out of 5 Slightly disappointed I thought after reading the info posted on the web site that I would receive not only the hub and USB cable, but also an ac adapter. I was wrong. Come to find out that not even the manufacturer, Tripplite, sells the ac adapter. They told me to go to Radio Shack if I wanted one! Last time I buy a Tripplite product. The PC Connection customer service was excellent though. They were polite, professional, and helpful. July 29, 2009
