Ordered this phone after being told that is was compatible with meridian systems. Beware, if you are using a Norstar Meridian system, it will not be compatible. Had to return.
On the bright side, it appeared to be a very nice phone. Just wish it would have worked with our system.

We have only had this product for a few days but are very happy with it. We can go several places in the office area while utilizing the wireless capability and still getting clear reception on the phone. Good Buy so far.

Polycom nor the sellers of their products do a good job of letting you know this product is not compatible with norstar equipment. The product was of Polycom quality so there was no disappointment their. But I had to return the product because it didn't work with my meridian system.
