It was never stated CLEARLY that this unit was not compatible with Windows 7. When I used it, all of my USB devices became unstable and Excel would not open. IT took me over an hour to realize that the switch was the source of the problem.
I will say, though, that the unit was easy to configure. Wires can be hidden and the remote was nice. Too bad it didn't work for us.

This product is very easy to use and works really well. You can switch between PC and Mac or PC to PC with ease. Only complaints is the USB plugs aren't as tight as I like them to be. (Sometimes if it is pulls around a little theplug can come a little loose) Also the switch, whichis a button is corded and needs to be secured to a surface because it is so light it sometimes falls off the desk. But in general it is a great product and I would definitely buy it again.

Overall a very good productâ”it gets the job done and certainly makes working with a desktop and a laptop simultaneously a LOT easier. The directions were not terribly helpful, but it is fairly easy to figure out. Performance has been good, especially for the low price. Some odd glitches here and there, but it always âœworks itself out.â I have not had a problem with any of the devices I have connected to it.

Easy to install. Easy to use. Clutter free! I would highly recommend for PC and APPLE users.
