IOGear's 2-port DVI video splitter is a signal booster and splitter that is used to take video input from a single source and direct it to two video outputs for monitors using digital/analog DVI signals. The signal boost obtained by using the splitter allows you to not only split the signal but to extend the distance so that you can send the signal up to 215 feet away. This is no small feat; your average DVI card - with a standard DVI cable - sends a clear DVI signal only 25 feet. The splitter is also speaker-enabled for audio enjoyment, and it is cascadable so you can split your DVI signal beyond two displays, depending on signal strength. And with easy installation, you're ready to go in minutes!
