BradMacPC A must Have!
I have a PC and a Macbook Pro that share a dual monitor set up. There were some tinkering around I had to do with the settings (Especially because of the two different Operating Systems) but all is well. Both formats work as expected. I also have a KVM that is running on the same system and have no problems with that either. Two monitors all the time! I will never go back!

Rated 2 out of 5Â by jphil Disappointing SW and Help
The software that comes with this is rather disappointing, as well as the help/support and manual. One annoying thing is that when you put something like Real Player or Windows Media player into "Full Screen Mode", it will always fill up both monitors. i.e., with the DualHead2Go, there is no way of having a media player in "Full Screen Mode" on just one of your monitors. Also, some programs even screw up when you simply maximize them. For instance, if you maximize QuickTime Movie player, it will not properly maximize just on its monitor, but instead will "center itself" so that half of it is in on one monitor, and half on the other. Meanwhile, Real Player will properly maximize in just one window. Overall, it's a bit quirky and usually even if the SW has a way to do what you want, it takes a while to figure out how to configure it to work properly.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by m444 not really digital output
Be aware that the "digital" version is not really DVI-D, but seems to be rather a DVI connector with VGA coming out of it. Hooked up to two separate types of digital projectors via the projectors DVI ports porduced only a white fuzzy screen. When a DVI-VGA adaptor was used and the output of the matrox connected to the VGA ports on the projectors, all was fine.

Pretty simple to connect, but not one real piece of information with it. Put the cd in and ran it, and somehow it is still showing that I only have one monitor...even though both are hooked up and plugged in. No customer service contact number on the box. Frustrating!
