Unlike other scanning software set up for occasional single-document scans, DYMO File software was built to process stacks of documents efficiently and easily.
DYMO File creates and prints a unique barcode for each document when the user specifies the document name, folder location and file type desired (such as PDF, or Microsoft Word). The user then scans the entire stack of paper, with barcodes, in one batch. DYMO File automatically places each digital file into the folder specified with the name chosen and file type desired – all in one step. In fact, users can simply leave the stack of documents to scan and DYMO File does the rest.
