we ordered two of these devices and so far we cant get them to work on N settings, all clients drop after 10 minutes, but if we switch the ap to use wireless b/g it works fine.
cisco has more than 1 year looking for a solution but so far nothing, as of 2/23/2012. on the phone with them for 45m and all they mention is to downgrade and wait for the new firmware

The Cisco Wireless N PoE Access Point was purchased to cover the entire retail space of a hardware store, which it does very well, with a signal strength minimum of 2 out of 5 bars. The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating overall was that during setup I had to call technical support. The device would not setup unless it was connected directly to the computer with a patch cable. Once that issue was resolved the WAP has performed without a hiccup.

The 4410n was a good access point that was made dramatically better with the latest updates. Very easy to program and implement. Reliability has taken a major upswing recently. There are better out there costing a whole lot more but this is the best bang for your buck.
