Rated 1 out of 5 no service to initalize product I have submitted numerous requests for someone to come out and initalize the product. We have not used the work center since having purchased it. Rated 4 out of 5 PRIMARY PRINTER/COPIER The Xerox 6400 is a product that has wonderful features and capabilities. We use this machine everyday for copy and printing. I do have some roller clips that have given us some problems and breaking before they should but overall good product. May 10, 2013
