Rated 2 out of 5Â by CapableUser Move Along... I recommend that you look at another product, Cisco or non-Cisco, but avoid this one. We have had several issue ranging from loss of Internet that we didn't get back until a factory reset, VPN issues after changing the WAN IP (From one static IP to another for ISP change). We even had to ship back our device at least once because we could no longer log in to manage from the web ui. Cisco had no problems sending ua a new one over night, but still the problems keep mounting. Cisco said this was related to the firmware version, but then the next time we call, they want the latest firmware version on the device, which thankfully changed since then. Unless you enjoy spending most of your time troubleshooting a device that should just work and not getting important tasks completed that your boss requests, feel free to purchase this.
