            Applecare+ for iPad:

            Every iPad comes with complimentary telephone technical support for 90 days from your iPad purchase and a one-year limited warranty. AppleCare+ for iPad extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPad and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a $49 service fee. It also gives you direct, one-stop access to Apple's award-winning telephone technical support for questions about using your iPad. And you get hardware repair coverage — both parts and labor — on your iPad, its battery, your Time Capsule or AirPort device*, and included accessories.

            Apple experts can help troubleshoot issues over the phone, at an Apple Retail Store, or at other Apple Authorized Service Providers. They'll answer questions on a wide range of topics, including iOS, iCloud, wireless network connections, FaceTime, iBooks, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, and other Apple-branded iPad apps. And if your iPad needs service under the plan, Apple technical support representatives can even set up a repair during the same call.

            Apple offers the following convenient service options:

            Technical Support features:
            -Direct access to Apple experts
            -Mail-in repair: Mail in your iPad using a prepaid shipping box provided by Apple
            -Carry-in repair: Take your iPad to an Apple Retail Store or other Apple Authorized Service Provider
            -Two incidents of accidental damage coverage

            Software support is also included. Whether you're sitting in the comfort of your home or office or on the go, you can get direct access to Apple experts for questions on a wide range of topics, including:
            -Using iOS and iCloud
            -Syncing with iTunes
            -Connecting to wireless networks
            -Sending and receiving email
            -Questions about FaceTime, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, and other Apple-branded iPad apps

            NOTE: Accidental Damage Coverage: Service coverage is available only for the iPad and its original included accessories for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship, (ii) battery depletion of 50 percent or more from original specification, and (iii) up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling of your iPad, each incident being subject to a $49 service fee. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.

            *The AirPort device or Time Capsule must be purchased up to two years before your iPad purchase or during the term of your AppleCare+ coverage.
