The ROG GX860 gaming mouse can be best described as both the bold and the beautiful, except you won't be seeing any drama here. The bold distinguished lines and Mayan-patterned grip make this unmistakably ROG, combined with beautiful curves and five independent customizable LED zones you have a gaming mouse that will garner stares of envy or at the very least inconspicuous peeks from others' peripheral vision.
Within the symmetrical exterior, GX860 harnesses the functions and precision to match the audacious design with a glowing red ROG logo. Functions include two-way DPI buttons supporting independent DPI adjustment of either the X or Y axis, great for first-person-shooters for example, where you want a sensitive X axis so you can snap your head around quickly, but not Y axis on maps without much elevation so you can keep your sights on your enemies instead of the sky or your feet. There is a Snap Switch button to customize the DPI adjustment buttons further. Omron micro-switches are also implemented, allowing you to click up to 200 times per minute and last for five million clicks, while the clickable scroll-wheel is rated for up to 100,000 cycles. Five independent LED zones can be configured to glow or pulse including the scroll-wheel, DPI up button, DPI down button, ROG logo and the tail-lights.
