A Canon USA Help Desk technician will attempt to diagnose the nature of the problem and, if possible, correct it over the telephone. If the problem cannot be corrected over the telephone, the Canon USA Help Desk will have a local service technician contact you to arrange for next business day service. You will be charged at the then-current service call rates of the ASF if the defects in the Product are not covered by this limited warranty. If the defect is covered, you will not be charged. The Canon USA Help Desk must receive your call by 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, except holidays, to arrange for next business day ON-SITE SERVICE (two business day ON-SITE SERVICE for Alaska & Hawaii).
