            The Watchport Series is the first complete line of Plug and Play USB devices for environmental monitoring. Vision components for surveillance, including the Watchport/V USB camera and Watchport motion detection software, may be paired with sensors to measure proximity, humidity, temperature, water, distance, acceleration or tilt to create a fully customized monitoring system. The Watchport Series can reduce total cost of ownership, extend life of equipment and reduce system downtime in mission-critical environments like kiosks, ATMs, server rooms, warehouses, data centers and more.

            The Watchport/H Humidity & Temperature Sensor collects both relative humidity (RH) and temperature data.


            Temperature compensated RH readings;

            ASCII command interface;

            Maximum reading rate: 20 per second;

            Response time: 15 seconds in slow moving air at 77º F (25º C);

            Temperature accuracy: +/- 3.6º F (+/- 2º C) at -40º F to 14º F (-40º C to -10º C) and +/- 0.9º F (+/- 0.5º C) at 14º F to 185º F (-10º C to 85º C);

            RH accuracy: +/- 5% at 0-90% non-condensing; +/- 8% over 90%;

            RH stability: +/- 1% RH (typical) at 50% RH in 5 years;

            Power consumption: 15mA (normal), 1.0mA (suspend mode);

            Maximum CAT5 UTP cable length: 500 ft (152.46 m).
