The Lenovo 9x5 Next Business Day Onsite Service provides parts and labor repair coverage where labor is provided onsite at your place of business or home.
If Lenovo determines that your product problem is covered by the product warranty and cannot be resolved over the telephone, a technician will be dispatched to arrive onsite on the next business day. Service is available 5 days per week (Monday through Friday) during Lenovo’s business hours. Calls received by the call center after 4PM local time will require an additional business day for service dispatch.
Hard Drive Retention Option (HDDR):
Lenovo knows that your securing business data is vital to your success. Whether you work with sensitive data or not, ensure your business data remains in your hands with Lenovo Hard Disk Drive Retention service. Under the terms of the Lenovo Limited Warranty, when Lenovo replaces a defective part, that part becomes the property of Lenovo. If your hard drive fails and it is still covered under warranty, Hard Disk Drive Retention lets you keep your old drive and hold on to your data.
