Repair & Return Coverage: This coverage is available on our large-screen LCD displays 32” and larger:
Our repair and return service requires you to return your defective NEC product to our designated service location for repair. Our service location will repair your unit within three (3) business days. This does not include in-transit shipping time to or from our service location. If it is determined that you need a shipping carton and label for your covered product, we will provide them to you. We will pay for all shipping costs (2-day air) for all LCD displays 32” and larger. Once your covered product has been repaired, it will be shipped back to your location.
