With this depot warranty, if your machine requires service, call Brother Mobile Solutions Customer Service for a Return Authorization number. You will then send the unit or deliver it by hand to a Bother Authorized Service Center. Consumable items in your unit such as toner cartridges and print heads are covered. Damage from improper use, installation, or modification of the unit is not covered. At its discretion, Brother may choose to replace your unit if repair is deemed not feasible.
