VeriFone's Priority Exchange Plan is designed for customers that require equipment replacement the next business day to avoid losing revenue from card processing downtime.

Once a series of troubleshooting steps had verified that the unit is defective, client services immediately replaces the defective equipment with a like-new, re-manufactured model. A replacement exchange is shipped directly to the merchant location overnight, after which the merchant arranges a download from their processor, bank or ISO.
